NorthPoint's goal is to collect a combined total of 55,000 in pounds of food and cash donations during this year's March Campaign and we need your help to make it a success!
NorthPoint's Community Food Shelf is participating in the state's largest food drive, known as THE MINNESOTA FOODSHARE MARCH CAMPAIGN. The campaign is designed to bring Minnesotans together to fight hunger through community action. Local food shelves like NorthPoint reach out to their neighbors, friends and business supporters to collect donations of money and food that goes to help reduce hunger in our community. The campaign runs February 25th through April 6th 2019.
NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center, Inc. has been providing services designed to meet basic needs and promote health and self-reliance for 50 years. While providing support during an emergency is temporary, sometimes hunger and poverty create a cycle that becomes very difficult to overcome without addressing the underlying cause.
NorthPoint provides services designed to meet basic needs including food support, housing assistance, advocacy and counseling. We create linkages to healthcare and other support services. Our goal is that our collective activities will provide a level of support that enables our customers to be stable and thrive.
