There are several ways to make a gift to NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center, Inc. The most common is a cash gift, but there are many other options that may offer significant tax savings.

Workplace giving
Corporate matching gifts are a great way for NorthPoint supporters like you to maximize your personal contribution and increase the impact of your gift. By utilizing a company’s matching gift benefit, you may be able to double or even triple your gift. Plus, if your company matches your gift, you’ll get credit for both. Be the spark that ignites a match at your workplace!
Check with your Human Resources department to learn if your employer will match your gift. Most companies ask you to complete and return a short form or may require our EIN tax identification number, which is 20-0898277.

Securities and stocks
This is a great way to avoid capital gains tax and receive a tax deduction at the same time. Contributions of appreciated stock are popular for those who have had the stocks for a long time and want to avoid losing a significant portion of the value to capital gains taxes.

Many of our programs and services rely on in-kind gifts to help ensure that everyone has access to the things they need to maintain their health and wellness. To respect the dignity of those we serve, donated items must be new, unless noted.
Items can be dropped off Monday - Friday. Please contact cwoodlee@npimn.org or at 612-767-9158 to arrange a time for delivery.
Food Shelf Support: We accept in-kind donations (unopened and unexpired) of non-perishable food, personal care/hygiene items, and household supplies. Our most needed items include peanut butter, canned tuna and meat, diapers, razors and shaving cream. Please contact cwoodlee@npimn.org or at 612-767-9158 to arrange a time for delivery.
