NorthPoint partners with local area schools to provide health and behavioral health services to the students. Visit our Locations page for a full list of our school-based clinics. Please contact the school to find out more about how students can access these services at their school. 

NorthPoint provides support groups for Behavioral Health patients. Each group is under the guidance of trained behavioral health providers.

  • Drop-In Support Group
    • For individuals that could benefit from supportive therapy services.
    • Tuesdays, 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
  • Queer Identities Group
    • For adults to discuss health and well-being within the Queer community.
    • Thursdays, 4:30 to 6:00 p.m.
  • Chronic Pain Support Group
    • For adults with chronic pain to discuss mental well-being.
    • Wednesdays, 9:30 to 11:00 a.m.
  • All Genders DBT Group
    • For adults to discuss emotional regulation, healthy relationships, mindfulness, and coping skills.
    • Fridays, 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.
  • Options Group
    • For adults to explore connections between mental health and substance use.
    • Tuesdays, 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.
  • Hmong and Laotian Men’s Support Group
    • For adults to discuss health and well-being.
    • Fridays, 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
  • Hmong and Laotian Women’s Support Group
    • For adults to discuss health and well-being.
    • Fridays, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • Karibu Mtoto Parenting Program
    • For mothers who are pregnant or have children under 5 years.
    • Wednesdays, 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
  • Women’s DBT Group
    • For adults to discuss emotional regulation, healthy relationships, mindfulness, and coping skills.
    • Tuesdays, 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
  • Young Minds Adolescent Support Group
    • For teens 12-14 years to connect and learn strategies to support their mental health.
    • Wednesdays, 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
