Dr. Thomas started at NorthPoint in 2017. She is passionate about serving the whole family including babies, children, pregnant women, adults, and elders. She has a special interests in chemical dependency including suboxone prescribing, care for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community including gender-affirming hormones, weight-neutral approaches to health care, reproductive health, and diabetes. Personal tidbits: Helen enjoys bike rides and hikes with her husband and two young kids, cooking delicious vegetable-based meals, and community festivals.
