Corporate matching gifts are a great way for NorthPoint supporters like you to maximize your personal contribution and increase the impact of your gift. By utilizing a company’s matching gift benefit, you may be able to double or even triple your gift. Plus, if your company matches your gift, you’ll get credit for both. Many of our programs and services rely on in-kind gifts to help ensure that everyone has access to the things they need to maintain their health & wellness. To respect the dignity of those we serve, donated items must be new, unless noted.
Food Shelf Support: We accept in-kind donations (unopened and unexpired) of non-perishable food, toiletries, masks and hand sanitizer and household supplies. Our most needed items include peanut butter, canned tuna and meat, diapers, razors and shaving cream. Items can be dropped off Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our Food Shelf is located at 1835 Penn Avenue North. You can drive into the lot immediately south of the building, knock on the rear door marked "Staff & Volunteers" and our team will happily retrieve your donation while maintaining social distance. Receipts for income tax purposes are available. If you have a large amount or are planning a food drive, we encourage you to call us ahead of time, at 612.767.9175.
